Its a great deal a shame that you took 12 peoples bargains as well as your own

Sorry thats just the way I see it

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.

A smart hamster will chew through those boxes in no time, surely you need tougher stronger plastic, our hamster was notourious for performing the most miraculous escaoe acts, i wouldnt risk putting one in a plastic box which is quite flimsy.

There is no 'gain' for a hamster in the boxes, only if they find an edge or a hole will they be able to chew through :) The surfaces are smooth and slippery so chewing would be quite difficult. I was worried about this too but I've read loads of stuff on the internet about people who've made homemade cages out of storage bins like this and the hamsters haven't been able to escape as long as you make sure there's no edges for them to get hold of. Thanks for all the answers re: cloudy/clear :rotfl:

No this is not true, all items are first come first served and there are no maximum purchase limits unless explicitly stated!
I work at Wilkinson and would gladly sell quantities like the OP bought, she did have a valid reason anyway, not as if she was going to sell them on for a profit! :T

I see your point missy but since I had gone to town to specifically buy LOTS of boxes for my 4 children, in order to be able to fit their things AND 3 of those children in one small room, I was quite pleased that I managed to save myself a lot of money! I wouldn't have bought so many if I hadn't NEEDED them and as aaron points out, I will not be selling them on. They are all now full up and on shelves and will stay there for many years.

Still, instead of saying THANKS for letting you know, I appreciate you taking the time to criticise me... way to spend your day!! ;) Please feel free to drop by anytime and take another pop at me ;)

Mrs B - I wouldn't be worried by the negative comments - after all you didn't have to post the find but you kindly did - thank you xx

I'd have done the same as the OP grabbed as many as I needed. Whats the point in not getting what you need at the time there reduced to have to pay more later.

Well done on your bargain find.

Got 2 boxes from Killingworth Centre (NE12 6YT). One was on display and upon asking the staff she bought 1 more from inside. Not sure how many they have in stock. She said that at this price it is limited to 2 per customer

    Thank you OP
