CCA Request letter recieved help

Hi,

I sent a letter to a DCA who have been giving me major grief requesting my CCA for a credit card debt on the 4th may, i recieved a letter yesterday stating that they have requested the CCA information from the original creditor and this may take longer than 12 days, they have stated that no enforcement action will be taken until the documents have been produced, this debt is at least 7 years old

The 14 days is up next tuesday (18th) i am asking for advice on what to do if i dont recieve the info by tuesday?

do i then go to step 2 as stated on this forum, and send the reminder letter

any help appreciated

    Hi Gazmon,

You should go to the Unenforceability and Templates III thread where all the details of what you should do are laid out. The timeline and all the template letters you need are there:)
