No base rate rises for at least a year.. maybe 2 or 3 years

    Well it's an outlook of inflation and the economy TBH (and a fairly Sh** one at that).
    But you can believe it is just for house prices if you like.

    Since when has the BOE ever been right?

    I'm sure a hamster + oiuja board would probably be more accurate with the 'fan chart of all availbale outcomes'.

    i guess they should have looked at different investment options and not just cash in the building soiety account....

    you can't be blaming others for lack of knowledge or even not understanding how the 'complicated' stuff works

    to be fair there probably more accurate than some guy on an internet forum who posts about hamsters

    Personally, I reckon interest rate rises will bite us on the !!!! the same way as they did when they fell!

    With all the uncertainty at the moment in the UK, let alone europe, anything could happen.

    I've learnt predictions are pretty much useless (from me anyway :p)
