Loan Agreement Question...

I took a loan with Lloyds TSB at the end of 2008 and realised that I had never sent the signed documentation back to Lloyds agreeing to their terms etc... Do I have any flexibility in negotiating a repayment plan with them, does this actually mean anything or will the full terms and conditions still stand?

Since it was post 2008 i doubt it, as a signature is no longer required to enforce credit agreements.
If they can show you applied for it and were given the funds they could probably enforce it via a CCJ anyway.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
