My chocs arrived today - with a note inside saying that due to exceptional demand they couldn't send the lovely big boxes of yummy white chocolate (I ordered 1 for me and 1 as a gift for a friend who only likes white choc) so they've sent me 2 x 190g milk/white/dark continentals as a replacement :mad:
Ah well, I think someone's trying to tell me something as the last few Grabbits I've tried have gone wrong! Maybe it's time to give my bank balance a rest.
ETA - on a positive note I can't find any record that Thornton's have charged me on my online banking? Wanted to make sure the bargain price had worked as I didn't realise until too late that you were only supposed to order one box

I had the same problem at Christmas. Contact them by phone or on-line and they may send replacements. Well I got replacements anyway, and very quickly too. Worth a try and they seem to have good customer service.;)0
