                    Hi all can anyone tell me cabot finace have been chasing me saying they have bought a debt and have now taken me to court. i have asked in the past for them to prove it but they said they dont have to.
Do they still have to prove the debt with the origanal agreament to the court or not

            yes they have to prove you own the debt, not you prove you dont.

and amend it with your details and send it RECORDED DELIVERY they are just using scare tactics at the moment, however have you got it in writing about them not having to prove it etc if you have i would i would send a complaint to the OFT about their practice and giving false informationDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
