                    Hi all
my mortgage application has been somewhat of a stress for me but I have got to the point below and wondered in your opionions whether this is job done now or if there is anything else that could go wrong (apart from the survey I know)
- halifax credit scored me as a B rating
- they just want 3 months payslips
- I think my salary declared is actually a bit lower than my payslip suggests
everthing hunky then?

            Define 'a bit' ??
What LTV ?
What salary/income multiple on application ?
Any other loans/commitments ?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
            A bit means like £1000 a year
LTV is 85%
Multiple is 4.75 salary
I do have a loan that I pay £100 per month (about £4500) but this was all declared and they adjusted borrowing from £192,000 to £186,000 due to this0 -
My guess would be that they will further reduce the amount they are willing to loan by about £5K (unless an underwriter has the hump and throws it out the altogether - depends on his/her mood and the basis of error).Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
