Has anyone had any dealings with this outfit? I did a search on the chat forums but didn't come up with anything. At $5 per DVD they seem very cheap. Are they copies maybe?

I ordered three dvd's off stembuck on 20/12/04 and have not received anything, not even an email! I have emailed them but still wait a reply, dont bother! :mad:

My friend took the plunge and ordered from this site. Within a few days her 15 DVDs turned up as promised. She tells me that they are DTS. Not being techie, what's this all about? They play fine on her multiregion player.

DTS is one of the surround sound formats. Many DVDs now have DTS.


What do the DVDs look like? It sounds very much like they are copies by whats been said.

:mad: Well i have emailed them again! Do i have any rights as far as this is concerned as i have paid and received nothing! When ordering if they only process 15+ dvd's at a time shouldn't i be told that so i know? iam very peeded off with them :mad:

to be honest mate - if they are happy to churn out illegal copies i doubt consumer rights will be a top priority of theirs! :-(

Totally agree with ey_up - you've got no real chance of getting anywhere with them... as they say, you sleep with dogs you wake up with fleas!!

Anyway, how come the moderators haven't removed this thread yet?? Over a week's free advertising on this forum for some low-life illegal pirated dvd site can't right, surely.

If you want cheap legal dvds then use dvdsoon or cd wow - both are fantastic sites with fantastic prices.

Hi, have you actually been charged for the DVDs? If so, you could try reporting the seller to PayPal (they have a fairly simple online reporting process). I'm sure if they want to keep using PayPal as a means of processing online payments they would need to sort out any issues that buyers raised about non-received goods.

One thing I noticed though was that you said you ordered 3 DVDs - I thought that the minimum purchase was 10? Maybe they have ignored your order cos it was too small. Who knows. I hope you get it sorted out.
