Hello lisy, The RTLU stands for Regional Trustee/Liquidator Unit. From what I understand when the OR has dealt with your BR the RTLU will monitor you till your discharge. I'm sorry I'm unsure what a tnidis form is, if not tonight I'm sure someone will reply tomorrow x"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

RTLU will just look after the case untill all assets are sorted the obvious one being the house, They have probably just lost the TNIDIS form and so are asking you to sign a new oneHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0
