Quidco Help re Ebay Transactions

Hi

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place, but wasn't sure where it fitted.

I have been a Quidco member since January and I buy regularly from Ebay.
The 1st couple of transactions I did have tracked fine and have shown as received not that long after doing the transactions.
Everything I have done from February onwards is just showing as tracked (all 21 transactions)
Is there a time limit for something to convert to either validated/received or declined? Or is there an income limit? (if it's less than a pound you don't get anything?)

I have tried trawling through the Quidco help pages but I can't seem to find the help I need

I found their help pages rubbish, send them an email and ask them.

To be honest I prefer Topcashback, find it easier to go around the website and never had troubles with not receiving cashback.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T

Thanks for the suggestion. I queried with Quidco and have pasted the reply below, in case it helps anyone else

"Transactions can take up to a maximum of 120 days from the purchase completion to validate.

The cashback process is broken down into several stages as detailed below (you can see your transactions go through this process in your account:

Tracked - this normally takes between 0 and 3 days from purchase and means that your purchase has been tracked but not yet validated by the retailer. There is no guarantee at this stage of cashback being paid. We will send you a confirmation email every time a purchase tracks into your account.

Tracked* - this normally takes between 0 and 3 days from purchase and means that the retailer will not explicitly validate your purchase. Unless it is declined, this will change to received status.

Validated - this can take between 30 and 120 days from purchase and means that the retailer has agreed to pay cashback.

Declined - this means that the retailer has declined your cashback and can take between 30 and 120 days from purchase.

Received - This can take up to 120 days from validation and it means that Quidco has received the cashback for your purchase. We send received earnings to your bank or PayPal account at the end of each month and you will receive them a few days later.

Once over £5.00 of your transactions are displaying the received status we are then able to make payment to you. This is because of the £5.00 Quidco admin fee.

Paid - This means that the money has been forwarded to your bank account or PayPal account, which takes place at the end of the month we received it. Please allow up to 5 days from the date of payment for it to reach your bank account and up to 14 days to reach a PayPal account.

This whole process does vary by retailer and the time periods are an indication only - not a guarantee"
