Tesco internet - stitched up on clubcard points?

I was just wondering if I was the only one being stitched up over clubcard points on Tesco internet? For a while now I have noticed that I only get one month's worth of points, 17, when there should be 3 months's worth credited each quarter, 51.
If only a 1/3 of the points are being credited, with no catch up in a later quarter, then I am being short-changed on the points. I know it isn't a huge amount, but I wondered if I am the only one or if it is a widespread problem.
