    I'm very sad tonight.
We've lost a truly decent man. A rarity in these celeb obsessed, shallow times.

All we've "lost" is the latest lying, thieving puppet of the establishment.

The next guy will be just as big a !!!! as the last guy.

    It's all a sideshow.

Without sound money and small government we are !!!!!!ed.

I'm sorry George, but you can't blame people for having a low opinion of Brown for some of the things he's been responsible for as both Chancellor and PM.

And you can't blame Clegg and Cameron for taking the time to get the best deal for a stable government. The Tories can't just expect that Clegg and the Lib Dems are going to roll over and say yes sir, no sir, we'll abandon our principles sir.

Taking time over the deal is the best thing in the long run.

A sense of context here perhaps?

Politicians would have you think they are like your favourite soap star leaving Corrie or that other soap...tears all round as they jump in a cab and ride off into the sunset.

    Fact. It's a job.

In the last few days RBS announced another 2000+ jobs will go.

I don't think they will get their moment in front of a camera. They won't walk away with a black book full of lucrative contacts. Some of these people might genuinely worry about their personal future.

Yeah, I think Gordon will be alright for a little while yet.

The vile comments from some MSEers are even more embarrassing than Clegg and Cameron's horse trading.

So that would be some other Gordon Brown who bullied his way to power, raided our pensions, gave away our gold reserves, raised the taxes for two dodgy wars, imposed the world's most sophisticated and extensive surveillance state and sold us even further into the EU, would it?

What the UK pays into the EU is minimal compared with the benefit system and interest the UK pays on its debt.

THE SUN at work with regards to anti EU.

Yet his voice shakes a bit when delivering his resignation speech and suddenly he's a dignified decent man - oh how some people forget.

I'd do the  smiley now if it still existed!
