I wanna sell my Ty Beanie Babies!

I have 111 mint condition (all with tags and protectors) Ty Beanie Babies that I can't shift! I have tried e-bay and the local paper. I started collecting them a couple of years ago and now that we want to move, I really don't want to take them with me. Anyone got any ideas? xx

Only two that cross my mind.
If you want to sell them you could try doing a car boot. Other than that there's always freecycle if you're desperate to get rid of them. However, you won't get any cash for them with freecycle.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
Lily contracted Strep B Meningitis Dec 2006  Now seemingly a normal little monster.
Love to my two angels that I will never forget.0 -
We used to collect them but stopped once they started to release 10+ a month it was to expensive I looked to sell them on ebay but they no longer sell even the hard to find britania's, germania and princess ect dont sell for much and I can only think that it is due to a lack of people collecting them any more. I too a few of the uk only releases to the US a few years ago and managed to get a fair price for them to beanie world but even they have stoped paying for them.
my advice and what Im doing is keeping hold of them who knows maybe a collection may be worth somthing. ours are all wrapped in brown paper and then is a sealed plastic bag tag protectors and all then stored in a few tea crates 400+ take up alot of space and are currently living at my grans. the 4' tall jumbo buddy has its own bed.0 -
I've got quite a few with "rarities" like britania, germania etc as well. I thought about selling them recently but after a bit of looking around decided to hang onto them in the hope that one day they might be worth something again!0

I have too but unfortunatley the bottom seems to have dropped out of the market for these. Have a quick look on ebay for current selling rates, they are poor, even for the rarer ones.
A bulk job lot seems to sell better than single bears but again your not getting much back for them.Boots Card - £17.53, Nectar Points - £15.06 - *Saving for Chrimbo*2015 Savings Fund - £2575.000 -
I have also been looking into doing this and have to agree with rchddap 1 that a car boot sale might be the best option, especially if you have other odds and ends you want to get rid of before you move. At car boot sales you might get a pound or two for each one which is more than on ebay now. Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j0

I had quite a lot - mint condition with tags and tried selling them at a car boot, you will only get what you paid for them if you are very lucky, I got about £2-£3 per beanie baby, and there were lots of people selling them.
If I was you I'd keep the few special ones/ones you like & think hard about selling the rest.
If they are in the way or you need the money then sell them - if not keeping them boxed up might not be a bad idea, though you should keep in mind that they may not go up in value for some time.0 -
How much would you take for the lot. My mum collects them, so I could ask her.
I don't want to make an offer as I'm not sure how much they're worth.0 -
I have loads of Ty Beanies and Disney beanies (thought it was a good idea at the time  ) but I'm gonna get shot of them through either Ebay or carboot, might not make as much money as you paid out, but if you need the cash...anything you get for them will be welcomed surely!!0
