variable offset tracker mortgage coming to an end - is this a good deal

Hi I am currently on a 3 year variable offset tracker Mortgage with the Yorkshire bank. The fixed rate expires in June and it goes up to 1.25% above base rate on going. I have been looking round other fixed and tracker rates on the market and this still looks a good deal as there would be arrangement fee's etc for moving else where.
does anyone know of better deals out there or does this look a good deal.
thanks

Thats a good rate.
Have you and can you overpay so can cover future rises.
I would stick with it unless a fix is desperately needed.
FD do OK fixed ofset but their follow on rates are higher.0
