I can't help I'm afraid but if you put a few more specifics as to why you can't get it to work or what you have tried I'm sure someone will try to help ;D

;) have you put batteries in?
Used the proper software? As a novice I have done both the above then realized ,plus most of the tech guys on the other thread covering computers etc could probably help if you let them know which make/ model etc.

When my cordless mouse gives up on me i normally have to press the re set button on the base unit thingy. If that fails then i change the battery. If that fails, then i shout 'HELP' and Mr Judi has to sort it out for me.

Make sure they are using the same channel to 'talk' on.

This is done on mine by pressing a button on the receiver and then then pressing a button on the mouse.

It would be worth trying this a couple of times - if it doesn't work - just in case you are getting interference from somewhere. Once saw an article where a neighbour picked up the signals from someone else keyboard/mouse.

Cordless mice always seem a bit of a liability to me. At least when it has a tail you can't lose it on your desk, or if you do you can trace it back from the end of the wire plugged into your computer. ;D
