Charges after BR Order

My wife and I received our BR Orders on the 7th May. On 10th, a company collected our car (voluntarily terminated HP agreement) but we may incur some charges depending on how they judge the condition of it.
Will these charges be included in the BR, or will we have to pay them?
Similar problem with car insurance, we want to change providers but they are telling us there is a £140 exit fee. Do we have to pay this, or would this be included in the BR?

The charges on the car will be included in the bankruptcy as it is all part and parcel of the agreement taken out before you petitioned.
Not 100% on the insurance so will leave that for one of the more experianced lot.
You could ring the insolvency service and ask.
