LONDON, May 11 - England manager Fabio Capello on Tuesday named the following 30-man provisional World Cup squad. It will be reduced to 23 by June 1.

Goalkeepers: David James (Portsmouth), Robert Green (West Ham United), Joe Hart (Manchester City).

Glad to see Jamie Carragher in there. He may not be the fastest but he reads the game well and is good cover for all the defence.

TBF if I was him under mclaren I would have told them to stick it up there @ss also.:D

He is a good player in the end of the day and gives 100%, kind of player we need IMHO.

It takes a braver man to back track than to stick to their guns It is certainly better for the team he is there than not.

Well that depends on terry concentrating and Rio staying on the pitch for 90 mins.:)

He is good cover, and I think if there is a injury he realises he may get a game where if Mclaren was still in charge he would put a 2nd goal keeper on.
