Yes, that seems reasonable. Providing that you can afford the monthly cost of loan plus the card minimums.
Just make sure that the interest rate doesn't change if you were to move jobs.
I think, like you say, concentrating on your other expenditure would be beneficial. Maybe post up your Statement of Affairs here?
Freeing up extra cash would boost your bank account and maybe enable you to put more towards the cards each month later on down the line! That would really speed things up!0
