Not sure if this has been done but like to buy wheat free where possible.
Can we start a thread is anybody interested for which supermarkets have the bargains each week.
Let me know if a bad idea.

Im not well up on food allergy problems as luckily my family are all tollerant of everything lol, I have notied wheat free products in Tesco not sure if they ever run any special offers on them though?
A;so have a look in your local health food shop, Holland and Barret etc they usually stock a good range of these kind of products and are always running special offers and sales.
Hope that is a good start
