what do we need to take to BR/OR?

Morning all, i'm feeling slightly relieved today, we now have our fees sorted 
and are ready to make our appointment i'm not going to ring until i have all the bits i need to take with me were lucky that our court doest have a wait they said we'll probably get an appointment within a couple of days.
Just needed to know other than the forms we fill out and the fee what else do we need to take with us? we see the OR straight after we have seen the judge. do we have to take proof of all creditors etc?

Money for bankruptcy fees.
Spare change for coffee machine.
Paper or magazine to read while waiting.
Optional a friend to chat to/hold hand.
Are you 'seeing' the OR straight after judge or do you mean the 'phone' call with the OR after seeing the judge?"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"
