    Hiya Rose

If it's a flexi, then pay every penny of the 80k into it - you can always borrow it back later if you decide you need it to buy something else.

What's the problem with selling your house and getting a cheque for 400k instead of a cheque for 320k? ;-) especially if you'll have saved 350 quid a month on your mortgage in the meantime!

  • To save you having a head ache send me the 80K and i will look after it for you and you can forget all about it hurting your head.

Its a free service, i will not charge and if it helps a fellow Moneysaver feel better i am willing to help

I will obviously open this offer up to other moneysavers with excess cash that they know not what to do with
