One reader will win a walking kit worth more than £500, including a pair of Salomon walking shoes, a waterproof jacket, walking poles, a day sack, a water bottle, a pedometer, plus a year's supply of Ricola sweets.

For your chance to win, call 0906 757 6314. Calls cost 75p per minute from BT landlines, plus network charges, and should last no longer than two minutes.

Or text COAST RICOLA to 87088. Texts cost £1.50 plus the usual network charges. Add 'No Offers' if you don't want offers from Coast or third parties.

Or send your details to GVCSTL08612, The Data Solutions Centre, Worksop S80 2RT. Write 'No Offers' in the top left of the postcard if you don't want offers from Coast or third parties.

First time I've posted a competition and there is another similar one which I'll add - hope this is okay - no-one else seems to post the 'Coast' competitions so I can do them if you like?

Just caught this before I watched SATC2 last night.

    Cineworld tickets hourly.
    Ipad weekly.
    £10,000 final draw prize.

It was literally on for about 30 seconds so wouldn't know where to look for terms and conditions.

I know it was £1 per text message sent
You need to text the answer to what is carries occupation to 82727
