Thanks both of you! :T It's good (well not good exactly, but you know what I mean! ) to see that I'm not the only one with the problem, I'm going to contact them via the form on their website to see what they say, I'll post back in here when/if I hear anything back from them! I hope they're going through as we're being charged for them! :eek:

It's interesting to see there have been winners today for this, I don't suppose it would be of any help if some of them haven't been getting replies either though as I don't think they'll know which day they won, so it could be a day they got a reply or a day they didn't? If that makes sense?
