'We are offering one lucky winner (Plus one adult guest and up to two children aged 15 and under) a three-night stay in Cape Town, then on to a two-night safari in the Eastern Cape, plus the equivalent of £500 spneding money.

You'll be flown overnight from Heathrow Airport to Cape Town with South African Airlines to spend three nights at the Protea Hotel Firea nd Ice. Next a short flight will take you to African Pride's luxury Pumba Private Game Reserve (meals and game drives included) where you'll spend two nights and have the opportunity to see the big five.

HOW TO ENTER

By phone (calls cost 35p from BT landlines calls from other networks, payphones and mobiles may be charged at a higher rate) call 0900 944 0101 and leave your name, address and contact number. By text ( text entries cost 35p plus standard operator rates) text FR1 then a space followed by your name and address to 85100. By post;

Terms; The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except employees and the immediate families of Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, Seven Publishing Group, the promoting companies and their subsidiaries (*that's a lot of people can't enter!*).
Only one entry per person
No third party or bulk entries
Proof of entering is not proof of receipt........
Prize is for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Prize must be taken by 31.05.2011. Excluding christmas/new year and easter holiday periods subject to availability. Prize does not include travel insurance. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days of closing date.

no dont think it matters either way but i do all mine in caps and ive won quite a bit with text comps:D
