And for the first two years South Lakeland Parks will even pick up the cost of the site fees, rates, water and insurance, meaning you can enjoy free holidays - and ONLY pay for the gas and electricity you use while you holiday there!

Prize is a limited edition ABI Vista Platinum 36x12, 2 bedroom holiday home including free Site Fees, Local Authority Rates, Water and Insurance for 2 years to 30 June 2012. Winner can use the holiday home for holiday occupancy for 46 weeks per year. Max consecutive stay 8 weeks at any one time.

Within first 2 years winner cannot sub-let, sell, relocate, remove or transfer ownership of the holiday home.

After 2 years (commencing 1 July 2012) winner is responsible for: Site fees c.£2,371 incl VAT per year at Regent; c.£1,947 incl VAT per year at Ocean Edge (2010 rates - Site Fees subject to change at South Lakeland Parks discretion); Rates; Insurance; Water; Gas and Electricity usage; drain down for winter park closure and any repairs/maintenance.

Alternatively winner can Sub-let the Holiday Home (either privately or through South Lakeland Parks @ 20% commission); Sell the Holiday Home (through South Lakeland Parks @ 15% commission); Relocate the Holiday Home to another holiday park or elsewhere (£750+VAT disconnection fee); or Transfer ownership to an immediate family member (£150+VAT transfer fee). All fees, relocation/transport costs winner's responsibility.
