To celebrate the launch of its family dining restaurant, the Polo Rooms, The Ingliston Country Club is inviting a family of four for an exclusive weekend stay in one of its five star lodges in Bishopton, Renfrewshire. The prize includes complimentary three course meals both nights. After checking in on the Friday the family will enjoy a meal for four at Palomino’s Bistro and on the Saturday the family will enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine in the newly refurbished Polo Rooms and choose from an extensive menu of family favourites. Also included is a pony lesson in the equestrian area plus a pony trek for the family on Saturday. Mum and daughter can then enjoy a relaxing health and beauty treatment such as luxury back, neck and shoulder massage at Ingliston’s exclusive salon. The men in the family will receive a horse riding session on Ingliston’s state-of-the-art simulator. The prize also includes a tour of the Ingliston Estate and stables. A complimentary breakfast pack is provided for the winners to enjoy each morning. Prize must be taken by September 2010.

Sorry for the chat here, but I just wanted to personally say a big thanks to Salsa16 for posting up these T in the Park competitions from the daily record. I am desperately trying to win tickets for T and at the minute money is very tight so I haven't been buying newspapers, so thanks for giving me the chance to enter these comps

If you want to be enjoying a VIP experience at Pop Saturday make sure you're listening to Heart Breakfast from Monday 21st June and be ready for the cue to call the studio on 0118 928 8888. Each morning two contestants will be selected at random to go head to head in our word association game.

Gareth and Lizzie will read out a key starting word associated with the Mercedes Benz World Summer Concerts then contestants simply need to say the first word that comes into their head associated with that word etc etc.

But the first person to pause, hesitate or repeat themselves will lose the round. It will be best of three rounds and each morning someone will win the great tickets!
