    DON'T do another one. Take your original back to the sorting/collection office and point out THEIR mistake (and make a noise about it girl), tell them to look at what is on it i.e the To & From. I underline them now, haven't had one back for a while, touch wood (touching my head :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) however saying that, I'm bound to have one returned now :D
