M&S Dress

I've found a fab dress on the M&S website, but my size is out of stock and the "email me when back in stock" option isn't coming up, so I'm assuming they're getting no more stock. Does anyone know whether there might be some in stores, and if so how i can find out?

I've found that online sells out a lot quicker than in store before now.

You should be able to ring your local store(s) to see if they have any stock but watch out, the code on the website doesn't always match the code on the item in the store; it didn't when I wanted to buy a cardy

Love it! Very chic.

I picked up an Autograph lined white linen shift dress last summer and it is such a flattering fit. We have a chain of shops locally that do famous name "seconds", although I can't see anything wrong with it, I got it for £15 :T

Just a suggestion, but you could try ordering the size 8 and 12 just to try on - you never know if it's a particularly big or small fit? There's often a free delivery code around (can't see one at the mo but there'll prob be one along soon), or have them delivered to store for free.
Edit: you can't return wedding dresses once the 'security seal' is broken, it would be worth checking what the security seal actually is before ordering, even if it's in your own size.
ps When M & S online deparment messed up a sale order of mine, the person I spoke to was able to check stores for availability.

Just try calling customer services - I was trying to track down a dress late last year that was out of stock online and they were able to check stock levels in all of the stores for me. Sadly it was sold out but it was good to have a definite answer!
