Hi guys, havent posted for a while.
I have received a letter saying "I refer to the bankruptcy order made against you on xxx date and write to inform you that I intend to apply to the Secretary Of State for Business, Innovation and Skills for my release as trustee. A summary of my receipts and payments as trustee is enclosed for you information."
"If you are not already discharged, my release as trustee will have no effect upon the date of your discharge from the bankruptcy."
Can anyone tell me what that means exactly???

It means what it says, they have finished the trustee part of the job le the assets and liabilities part, you are still bankrupt until you have been discharged if this has not already happenedHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
