Im on a dmp with cccs i have 2 unsecured loans and orange phone bill i pay off with them. I might be going to prison for a stupid thing i did.What will happen to my debts will they be frozen till i get out then start paying again or what i have no clue.
worse come to worse i could possibly get my mum to pay it while im not able to but i dont wanna do that if i dont have to.
any help be much appreciated

I don't think they will halt debt collection etc whilst you are in prison.
What sort of timescale do you expect to be in prison. If its only a couple of months you could carry on as you are or ask CCCS if they will continue to administer your account even if you can only afford a much lower amount temporarily.
If not CCCS may advise you to set up standing orders to each creditor to just pay them a token payment each month (even as little as £1 each), whilst it won't guarantee they won't take further action against you it will mean that you are able to prove you willingness to pay.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

As Tixy says, you should be able to discuss it with them just now. Should you have to go to prison then you should are entitled to support in this area and it is likely that you would be directed to CAB (who work with about 40 odd prisons in England andWales. I think) or CCCS anyway, so the more you can try to work out just now, the easier ot might be for you.
