hassle from capquest-any advice please

Crapquest are rather too well-known here.
In this situation you need to do two things:
1. Try to get these blighters to stop making a sick man's life harder, re doctor's letter etc.
2. Make as much provision as you can to halt any legal action; not least as you could do without the hassle when you have your DF to thnk about.
What I would suggest is that you immediately send a Subject Access Request to Crapquest, signed by dad and yourself. They then have to produce the CCA and default letters. if either are faulty, you can defend any legal action, including an SD or CCJ.
As soon as possible after Crapquest have accepted your authority, send a doctor's letter demanding they stop pursuing this case becuase of dad's diagnosis. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
