I actually phoned (another) Estate Agent and asked if they knew any names - but you can just pick one out of the phone book. If you are in the Bedfordshire area I have his name.
BTW - I put a fairly long post on the site a while ago that gives my whole BR story. As I see that you have children etc it might be relevant to your situation0 -
