hi , starting a dmp with cccs on the 1st june ( the date of 1st payment ) .. still got to send the signed agreements off to cccs , doing that this weekend along with our old bank accounts dmps letters to them .. got to wait for our mortgage payment to go out of our old bank account , get the direct debits changed over from that to our new bank account .. we have our mortgage and mortgage payment protector with the same bank as our overdraft / loan / credit card ( natwest ) ..

anyway ive got everything ready to post all documents to cccs and all letters to unsecured debts ( natwest ) .. ive taken the credit card details out of all of the places we used to shop online at , but yesterday my son accidently made a purchase on the ( natwest ) credit card ( xbox live ) .. the card was in the xbox live account , the one i forgot to take the credit card details out of .. it was a accidental purchase and ive just payed ( natwest credit card ) a normal payment , just over the minium amount .. the purchase was for £19.99 .. ive rang xbox up to see if the purchase can be cancelled or refunded , they said no .. all purchases on xbox live cannot be cancelled or refunded .. ive rung cccs this morning and they said the card company may now refuse our offer , because of this accidental purchase .. she said not to worry , but i am . ive got everything sorted almost , all paper work done etc .. we were going to pay a additional payment of £20.00 to the natwest card to cover the £19.99 .. but the lady at cccs said it won't make much difference ..

any advice really ,im very stressed and very worried ..

our dmp is 6 yrs and 7 months ..

hope you understand me , its just im so worried and confused .. i tend to babble on a bit ..

Nothing you can really do, just see what Natwest have to say. This type of thing does happen as accounts often have automated purchases setup, when i buy anything at a dozen or so retailers (Play, Steam, Amazon, etc) payment is taken without me re-adding the details.
Your son obviously didn't know how the xbox live purchase worked, but i would not threat to much about it.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
