    3rd no spend in a row for me too. Really helps not taking cash to work (and borrowing OH's car so I don't have to put fuel in mine! :D )

    Nothing so far - got a free lunch at work (I agree - there is no such thing as a free lunch - had to do a presentation to get it) - and brought a packed tea. going trampolining soon so that'll cost (£2.50) - though only another few weeks and I'll be coaching again (and earning!).

    Loaf of bread. Managed to keep away from the snack box for three days. Got a free lunch yesterday too. All I had to do was make the teas, everyone else did the talking. Cool.

    40p parking in town (forgot half the stuff I went in for :rolleyes:)

    £2.28 in Superdrug on body spray and paracetmol

    £1.75 on magazine

    £6.48 on shopping - but refunded by mum

    So... £4.43
