Hi Shiny,Thanks for your post.....you've done it now, I always feel the lead up BR the worst and speaking to the OR is the last step of explaining everything out loud for the last time (if you know what I mean). Hope you stay with us, as your help will be so valuable to others.

I had a little cry after, I think just as a bit of a release but I'm OK and it's nice to look ahead and see my life totally under my own control again.

The lead up was definitely the worst bit - I couldn't sit down and I had butterflies the moment I woke up! Once the call had started though it was just a case of answering everything I was asked and getting through it.

I wrote some notes the day before that helped a lot - everything from a list of reasons why I took out credit in the first place to what it had been spent on and when, and although I didn't refer to most of it I felt prepared once the questions started and it calmed me down
