missing an account on experian

Did a full credit score check with experian, and found out that my Nationwide account is not included. Can anyone offer any explanation as to why this might be? Has the same address as all my other acounts.

Maybe one of the other credit agencies has that record?

Not all creditors report to all 3 agencies.

The only way to see a full record is to get all 3 credit reports (only £2 each per agency). Probably try equifax next and if its not there then try callcredit.
