Pre-qualify now or wait?
I have a credit score of 764 for Transunion and Experian. I have a credit score of 790 for Equifax. I just paid off a credit card bill of $4500.00 (taken from my Sallie Mae loan). Also, I have two deliquent charges in collections which I sent them letters to remove because I've paid for them last year. I expect my score to jump a little more.
I want to use the FHA loan. Should I wait or pre-qualify now for a loan?
