Thats could be important, as they would likely have said no to paying out and given you a reason for reclaiming. PPI pays out in so few circumstances you just need to find a single reason.
Were you told you had to take it out, was it poorly described to you etc.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

Not to mention the fact I clearly had employer sick pay. Infact this is even mentioned on my lloyds review, just a pitty the dates wernt slightly different.
I could honestly list atleast 5 reasons per loan why with hindsight it was mis sold or atleast not suitable. Silly thing is on 1 of the complaints they upheld, it was for the exact same reason as 1 that they didnt ie I didnt even know I was taking out a new loan. Thing is they have provided a pro rata refund to make it more fair. It was a single premium and I can 100% say I was not told there would be interest charged on it. Oh yeah and not to mention them charging £120 early settlement fee even though I opened a new loan on the same day with them.
Where they have given me the chance to provide proof, they have asked if I was provided with a policy book and I guess this would be to them to prove. Now I cant be sure but I can be sure the manager would of laid the agreement out with his arm over it while telling me to sign here. And lets be honest after 30 mins in a sweaty office you just want the money and out of there.
I just want to bombard them with conclusive evidence and get this cleared then leave Lloyds completely.0
