I applied for this a couple of years ago. The samples were bought round by the lady who has the local franchise. She just left the samples and leaflets- no hard sell. I decided to buy them for my cat as they are well priced compared to quality (high meat content) dry food and are ethical (Ethical consumer award). They also have a money back guarantee where you can return an opened pack if your animal doesn't like it, which I made use of when my fussy cat didn't like one of the flavours.
