Hi Guys
I posted a few weeks back on the Mortgage thread about remortgaging and was told our LTV is way too high that we wouldn't be able to do so. I was wondering what the possibility of approaching them to come out of the fixed rate and onto a lower interest rate would be? I know logically they want to make money out of their lending and would therefore be to their disadvantage but thought it would till be worth asking the wonderful people of MSE
Any advice welcome!
Many Thanks
