early discharge enquiries

i had a letter from my OR about 2 mths ago now suggesting that he was going to put me forward for early discharge.i understand from a previous post that it can take up to 2 mths as he has to write to my creditors etc.but is there any way i can find out how it is going as on the original letter i had, it said not to contact him regarding it,as it could delay it further?
thanks

There must be some way to find out - try showing the letter to CAB.
    Best of luck

Check The Insolvency Service's Insolvency Register. It is updated over night every day, so if you are discharged, it will say within a day.
