I am currently about to purchase a second home at £200,000 and require to borrow £130,000 i have seen the fee free Life tracker morgage with First direct that Tracks the Bank of England Base Rate plus 2.09% currently 2.59%.I already own a house which i will be renting out to cover the morgage left of £90,000 at 5.49% fix untill july 2011. The first direct variable tracker rate seems good but are there any better deals around?
