any asda direct codes please???

hi, i am looking at buying a sofa bed from asda and wondered if there are any money off codes around, thanks

I don't have a code for you but I do have an experience to share. Having read up on Asda Direct I have seen that there are many more people with the same experience. Mine is that I placed an order in October, Asda took the money, I got a delayed email at the end of October and still haven't had my goods or a refund. There is no address to write to, no email address and a customer services in South Africa (5p a minute call) who'll keep you on the line for half an hour and resolve nothing. To cancel the order you must do so in writing but there is no address to do it. I am so miffed at them after trying for a refund for so long. Please google Asda Direct complaints before placing your order. They are dreadful and I'd hate to see anyone else lose money and the odd hair from pulling it out in frustration.

hi shoe*gal,well your experience has made made me very wary so think i will need to look elsewhere for a sofabed, have guests coming on the 28th so really need one asap and dont want to be messed around and let down so thanks for the advice.

just to say i've had the total opposite experience, i order from them loads and never had a problem. i find they deliver quite quick, so you don't necessarily have to be wary, if they have something cheaper i would go for it? i dont think they do any discount codes though, i have never seen one
