Hi all,
So the good news is we have been accepted and got our mortgage in principle from the Halifax for our desired amount!! So what now? What will the Halifax underwriters want from us? And what will they be looking for to accept us fully?
Another question.. When do we need to instruct solicitors? And get the surveys done?
