Free England Tshirt

I've just got an email from them saying they won't be sending out free T-Shirts but will offer 25% off all orders to anyone who requested one.
Did it specifically say that?
My email I received said:
"Evolution would like to apologise to anyone who missed out on the free world cup t-shirt, with a fantastic offer on ALL online/telephone orders."
Presumably this means that everone who was quick enough to get a t-shirt will still get their t-shirt but those who were too late can still use the discount code.0 -

Given they said "everyone" would receive a t-shirt if England reached the second round then they are obviously dishonest. I got the discount email too and will never deal with this company, I think they have done their image serious damage by making this offer and not fulfilling it - when I receive a freebie I feel goodwill towards the company and, assuming their products are suited to my needs and price range, I will certainly consider using them next time I need that type of product. I haven't seen anyone say they have actually got a shirt - if they were inundated then they should not have made the offer as there was always a high chance of England making the second round.
Compare these to Stanley who DID fulfill the t-shirt offer, even if they did run out of coolers ;o)2020 Wins:
