Important details are:
The cost of the newspaper
Whether it's a regional edition
Page number
Expiry date of the voucher
Whether it's store specific and has a barcode (POST the BARCODE NUMBER if possible)

Remember if you go shopping look in as many newspapers as you can.
Post even if you don't see any coupons, and mention any offers that you see.

Below you'll find a list of the abbreviations and how to interpret them.

MOC - Money Off Coupon
Bc - Barcode, good chance of universal scan
bc - only selected stores scan
Xwrd - Crossword
PUZ - Puzzle
T#3 - Token 3
T2collect - Token 2 Collect (generally you have to collect numerous tokens to get the offer)

blissful - FYI - you can keep abreast of the telephone numbers being posted daily in this thread here - you can also follow the link from the OP to register for entering online for FREE each day, however i believe by going down the phone entry method you get one extra entry into a 50k draw

I found out myself! I went to my local cafe-bar for a sunday drink and they have all the daily papers. It's valid from 9th May to 23rd May and doesn't state that it's only valid certain days so I guess you can use it Fridays and Saturdays. 2-4-1 mains with cheapest main free.
It's not valid in non-UK PizzaExpress, Jazz clubs, the O2, the Earls court exhibition or at the mobile event restaurant. It is not valid on takeaway sales.
