mp3 charging time

Just bought new mp3 and was wondering how long should i charge it for when charging it for the first time? There is no info on this with instruction guide.

hiya it is prob best charging for 24 hours to get the full charge and then only charge it when the battery is a its lowest this will save the battery life hope this helps

Thank you for your reply. I will do that. My last mp3 had to be charged constantly. Hoping this one is better. I had wondered if it made a big difference how long it was charged for the first time.

i think it depends on how many times you put the mp3 on charge, the battery only has so many charges in it so if you use it once then put it on charge that is classed as 1 charge. the best thing to do is put on charge first for 24 hours then only charge when the battery runs out .
