I was told that sending in photos of the NRP working wouldn't help because it doesn't prove he's being paid. 'He could be doing it for nothing!' Yes really, that is what I was once told when I offered to get a private detective to prove he worked!
It might be worth you sending some pics in to them anyway.
You say you complained and they didn't reply. How long ago was this? If it was more than a couple of months then write to ICE stating that the CSA haven't responded. Enclose a copy of your letter that you sent to the CSA. I have found that usually ICE refer the matter back to the CSA but they act on it a bit quicker then.
Also, make sure you keep copies of everything you send and try to do everything in writing, sending all mail by recorded delivery. It is useful at later stages to prove you asked them to assess the NRP income etc. and then arrears should be backdated to the first date you asked.
Good luck!

Hi pilts15...writing to my MP worked for me in that it kick started the CSA, but that is all, they still continued to make mistakes, however, it was a useful thing to do as my case will now go forward to a tribunal. Without the MP, I doubt I'd be at that stage now.
Can I ask, what is a cage fighter? I'm glad you asked the question of whether photos would be helpful in prooving your ex works. My ex recently is shown on a YouTube spot promoting something he did for his company, he opens by saying who he is and what his role in the company is (senior role). I did wonder if it could be used and thanks to Kelloggs and Deb for confirming this.
Good luck, I think you need to keep going, don't give up. You will get there in the end!0 -
ICE is the Independent Case Examiner. More info can be found here:

:mad:a cage fighter is literally 2 men fighting in a cage for money....thats what im up against! think i will try writing to my mp although its been at the stage of apparently going to court for years! i just dont understand why they cant catch him.He sent me a text saying he had a letter for court and its gone in the bin! a big laugh in my face i feel! so on the 8th i called csa to see if true! they said yes and to call in a week as would know more. i left it until 31st as know what they can be like to be told it can take months!!! he is not bothered about court,he gets away with everything!
i could scream at times! i dont even want alot as we are coping but it really would help as an 11 year old is a difficult age...secondry school! school trips...latest fashion, packed lunches and money to go out with friends!!! the latest thing he told me was to ~@+# off and get a job....my husband works full time and i have 2 jobs!!:mad:0 -
if it has gone to court they will probably have granted a liability order in his absence. What this means is that the debt is then legal and can be collected through the enforcement team by the like of bailiff action, sale of house order and they can also access any bank accounts he has and remove any funds to clear the arrears - Unfortunately as a lot of this action is taken by parties outside of the agency it is usually after the action has been taken before the parent with care is advised (personally i think it is also so that the pwc does let any planned action slip to the nrp as this happens so often and before you know it they have their account emptied and and assets moved on)

lets hope it all runs smoothly then, i could do with something good coming from all this waiting!! i just dont have any faith in them....i hope they prove me wrong!:(0
