Be glad. At least it means you won't be waiting for a CD that won't arrive (unless you're in India) that really wouldn't be any good to you anyway (unless you happen to have a spare high-spec PC that you're prepared to sacrifice)0

Not just the effort, but the cost....
Personal opinion - no. It all depends what you want. I won't get techie here (there's a place for that), but if you're on WinXP you probably won't benefit all that much. If you're on Windows 98 your PC very possibly will be too old to run Vista.0 -
