Tesco Reward tokens question

Might be the wrong forum for this, but there's so many of them that I got confused and figured here would be ok!

I've just redeemed my Tesco vouchers with the clubcard rewards scheme for the equivilant of £460 "rewards tokens" for Cosmos.

It mentions in the paperwork that comes with this, that these are not exchangable - but that I can use these for any other deal that does not have the option to "pay in full".

Is it possible to use these to purchase airmiles then? Neither the airmiles site nor the Clubcard site gives you the option to redeem rewards tokens.

No, I don't think you can because Airmiles conversion is done in a unique way.

Buying Airmiles with Tesco vouchers doesn't involve receiving a Deals/reward voucher, it's all done online and Tesco just put the equivalent in Airmiles into your Airmiles account.

You can use Cosmos vouchers for other holiday Deals like Virgin Holidays, and for other rewards that are not buy-in-full.

Or you could send the Deals back to the Tesco Freetime address in Crawley and ask them to re-credit them to your account, but then you would have to wait until your August statement to get the voucher value back (seeing as the May statement will have already been worked out by now).
